Your personal data (forename, surname, telephone number, email address) are processed by Geboers Machines BVBA for customer management purposes based on the contractual relationship as a result of your order/placed order within the context of various legal obligations (our liability, retention obligation, accountancy law) and for direct marketing (to offer you potential new services) based on our legitimate interest. Processing is always carried out by the business manager.

We inform you that following your order being placed with us, we cannot delete your data in order to guarantee our services. After the termination of the order (possibly by you), we are bound to save your personal data for a further 10 years within the context of legal obligations applicable to us. The data from you that we then save and archive will only be that required within the context of legal obligations.

We must inform you that your personal data can be shared by us with third-party bodies within the context of an order given to us and in pursuance of a legal obligation. You can always contact us in this regard, and we will the inform you about which body is in possession of your data.
